The IR-100 training device is designed to simulate a real working device.
The automatic capturing lock is exactly like that of the IR-100 device. It allows the trainee to actually see how a source is locked in position and what the position of the source is when stored. A trainee can see exactly what a source assembly looks like, and how the source assembly moves in and out of the device.
